I start at UC Irvine in January. I like to party and study. Where (off-campus) should I live?

I am a transfer student of junior standing. I want to live off campus, study hard, and also have a really good time. I don’t know the area so if anyone has any good ideas their insight would be much appreciated.

    UCI is not a party school. Just go to Hollywood every weekend like everybody else.
