Any recommenations on the temp agencies in Irvine?

I’m currently looking for a position in human resources and planning to go to a temp agency. What are the staffing agencies that you would recommend in Irvine? I don’t have specific experience with the ones in that area, but I’ve had good luck with Kelly Services or Spherion. They have been able to place me in professional positions. (Really, any of the big companies are okay!)
You should also look at the local SHRM group (there is a big one in the LA Metro area) Why only look for a temp gig if you can find a FT one?

why a temp agency? aren’t there any job agencies that try to find a permanent position for you?
